By accessing or using Lancre Labs services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.
2. Description of Service
Lancre Labs provides software tools for families and communities, including Evenstead (coparenting coordination) and Playstead (camp and after-school program management). Features include messaging, scheduling, attendance tracking, expense management, and related capabilities. Services are provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to transmit malicious code, or to interfere with the operation of our services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payment Terms
Paid features are billed through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize recurring charges as applicable. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
Lancre Labs and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lancre Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit through our services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lancre Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
