Are Evenstead and Playstead available today?

Not yet. Both products are in active development and are not yet generally available. You can register interest through the contact form and we will be in touch as access opens up.

Does the other parent need an account for Evenstead to be useful?

It works better when both households are on it, but it does not require it. You can keep your own calendar, expense records, and documents, and invite the other household whenever — or if — that becomes possible.

How do you handle information about children?

We collect the minimum needed for a feature to function and we do not sell personal information. Personal information about children is only collected with parental or guardian consent and is subject to enhanced protections. Playstead is built for organizations that work with minors, so role-based access and audit logging are part of the core design rather than an add-on. Full detail is in our privacy policy.

Can we get a copy of our data?

Yes. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to request a copy of the data we hold about you. Email us with the details of your request and we will handle it.

Who processes payments?

Stripe. Card numbers are not stored on our own systems. See the payment terms in our terms of service.

Do you work with multi-site programs?

Playstead is being designed with role-based access across staff, directors, and volunteers in mind. If you run more than one site and want to talk about what you need, get in touch — we would rather hear it now, while the product is still being built.
